A booking fee of $100 is required to confirm our attendance at your function. The remainder of the fee is payable on the date of the function. Cash payments are preferred, but a cheque will be accepted if negotiated prior to the function. We do not have Credit Card or EFTPOS facilities. Fees are charged at the rate of $250 / hour. This rate covers transport costs (unless the venue is outside the greater Auckland area - this will incur an additional cost) and the services of four musicians. Please contact us approximately 2 weeks prior to your function to discuss
your musical preferences and special requests. For wedding ceremonies
we will need to know whether to play the traditional "Bridal March"
by Wagner, or an alternative. |
